PROcheck inspections can be tailored to your needs

Prices my very depending on property location, size of home and size of lot.

All of our PROcheck inspectors are experience professionals. Our report are only shared with the property owner. Reports are for owner information only. Any recommendations not taken from the report does not effect future inspection unless a safety hazard is present. Services continue once hazard has been removed. Some examples of hazards as stated below

High Carbon monoxide levels

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas created when fuels burn incompletely. It is extremely dangerous because it enters the bloodstream, replaces vital oxygen, and can cause organ damage or death before you even know it is there.

Major gas leak is found

A house gas leak occurs when flammable natural gas escapes from damaged, loose, or old pipes and appliances. It is dangerous because the gas can cause sudden, massive explosions or fires from a single spark, and it pushes out indoor oxygen to cause suffocation or health harm

Extreme Mold present inside

Mold is a type of tiny fungus that grows in damp places. It is dangerous because breathing or touching its spores can cause allergic reactions, trigger asthma attacks, irritate the skin and lungs, and lead to severe infections in people who are sick

Major insect infestation

A "major" pest issues in a house are termites, rodents (rats and mice), and cockroaches. They are dangerous because termites destroy the wooden structure of a building, rodents chew wires and spread dangerous diseases, and cockroaches trigger severe allergies and asthma.

Small amount of pest will not trigger a hazard but will show on your report.

Dangerous occupant

Unpredictable/hostile occupants encountered during occupancy or field checks. This creates severe safety, legal, and physical risks for both the property and the inspector.

Dangerous animals present

Unknown animals on your property can cause safety risks, spread dangerous illnesses, bite people, and damage your home or yard. Wild animals might carry rabies, ruin your garden, or attack if they feel trapped.

Downed power lines

A downed power line is an electrical cable that has fallen to the ground, usually due to storms, high winds, or accidents. They are extremely dangerous because they often remain energized with thousands of volts, yet electricity is completely invisible, silent, and odorless.

Other hazards

Any other hazard found will be documented in the inspection report.
